Today I left work early. Today I also went to work late. I’m just not that into it. And I do realize the more I work the more I get paid but I still can’t get motivated. So I’ve found a new job or rather a new job found me. So that’s good.
I was holding my cousin’s eight month old little girl, Addyson, at my aunt’s house this past weekend and my mother blurted out that she wanted a grandchild (Please note I'm an only child). That was a little awkward for everyone, including me. A couple of things: I’m UNmarried, have no insurance, rely on my boyfriend and roommates to help me pay rent and other bills, am working on my masters degree, and my boyfriend already has two children. So I wonder how adding a child into that equation would work out. I’m sure she just meant she wished I was in a better place in my life so I could provide her with a grandchild. Yes, Mom, I do too.
I think I broke one of my molars on the bottom right side of my mouth the other night. I was eating a veggie Subway pizza when crack-crunch! I thought I bit into a bone or something, but alas it was a veggie pizza but you know how sometimes you get some stray piece of sausage or something you didn’t order on your stuff? Anywho, it just turned out to be a huge ass olive pit.
Free Sonic root beer floats are not that wonderful.
